Our cows live every day of their lives among their herd on this beautiful land. We don’t treat them with antibiotics or confine them to promote weight gain.

Our cows are processed humanly by a USDA certified processor in Johnson City.
We then deliver the individually packaged, frozen beef to you.
We sell beef by the whole, half and quarter.
